In line with the Trustee’s commitment to providing a best-in-class service to the Scheme’s membership and as a direct response to member feedback, we are pleased to announce that we will be centralising all of our BT Pension Scheme Member Support team in one location in Chesterfield. As a result, our contact centre will be moving from India to Chesterfield, which follows the transition of the pensions administration function from Accenture in May 2018.
This move means our email address is changing with immediate effect to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unable to find the information you need on our website (www.btpensions.net) or Portal (www.btpensionsportal.com), please use this email address to get in touch with us. Our phone numbers will be staying the same and you can continue to contact Member Support by phone on 0800 731 1919 (or +44 (0)203 0233420 for international calls). We will be answering calls in both India and Chesterfield over the next few months, and our target is to have all calls being answered in Chesterfield from summer 2019 onwards.
