General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May
Whilst the Trustee of the Scheme has always been committed to the protection of members’ data, the GDPR encourages greater transparency as to how data is held and used. Members’ data is held securely by us in order to properly administer the Scheme, resolve queries that members might have and to ensure that members receive the correct benefits when they fall due.
