Smart Pensions

The booklet is intended as a reference guide to how the Plan works. However, the Plan is governed in law by its Trust Deed and Rules and where the wording of the booklet differs in any regard from the Trust Deed and Rules, the terms of the Trust Deed and Rules shall prevail.
