Pensions Regulator
The Pensions Regulator is the new regulatory body for work-based pension schemes in the UK. It opened for business on 6 April 2005, replacing OPRA, the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority.

The State appointed official whose office investigates and decides complaints and disputes about the way that pension schemes are run.
