Below is a list of the administrative forms you may need as a deferred pensioner/pensioner of the Scheme.

| Form | What it’s for |
| Adult Dependant Nomination | If you are unmarried you may nominate a dependent adult to receive the spouse’s pension that would otherwise have been paid to a widow(er). |
| Expression of Wish | This form lets the Trustees know to whom you would like any lump sum death benefits to be paid. Each time your family/personal circumstances change (eg on marriage/change of partners, divorce, birth of a child etc), you will need to give careful consideration as to whether or not you need to change your Expression of Wish. |
